Ms Ince

Education: BA Hons in Drama and Education

Teaching Approach: Learner-led, caring, and supportive; focused on creating a safe, inclusive environment that empowers students and values their individual strengths.

Belief: Every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported. Hayley is committed to removing barriers, fostering growth, and helping all learners reach their full potential.

Ms Craddock

Education: MSc in Child and Adolescent Psychology; Diploma in Integrative Coaching

Teaching Approach: Student-centred, rooted in empathy, compassion, and unconditional positive regard to create a supportive and understanding environment

Belief: Every young person has the potential to succeed when provided with the right support, effective strategies, and encouragement to build confidence and overcome challenges

Educational Background: Bachelor of Education DCU, Ireland (First Class Honours). 9 years primary classroom experience between Ireland and the UAE. 15 years instrumental teaching experience.

Teaching Passion/Philosophy: I follow a student-centred approach that values each learner’s unique needs and strengths. By creating a supportive environment that builds confidence and encourages growth, I help students develop a strong sense of ownership in their learning, build self-esteem, and cultivate a mindset geared toward achievement.

Belief Statement: I believe that every student learns best when their individual needs, strengths, and learning styles are recognised and respected. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, I aim to build their confidence, promote personal growth, and nurture a strong sense of ownership over their learning. I believe this approach helps students develop the mindset and motivation needed to achieve their full potential.

Educational Background:  BA Hons Drama and Education, Spanish and Linguistics
Classroom Approach: My classroom approach is student-centered, creative, and inclusive. I create a supportive environment where my students feel valued and grow in confidence. Through active learning, I identify the individual needs of each student and we work together as a team to develop knowledge, skill, and ultimately raise attainment.

Belief: I believe that every child has the capacity to learn, grow, and thrive when supported by a nurturing and inspiring learning environment. As an educator, my role is to spark curiosity, build confidence, and equip students with the skills they need to become independent, reflective thinkers. I believe in the importance of developing the skills needed for today’s and tomorrow’s world, fostering critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem solving so that students are prepared not only to succeed academically but to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing global society.

Mr Ince

Experience: 18 years teaching (12 years British, 4 years IB); 12 years in Middle Leadership and 2 years in Senior Leadership with a focus on pastoral care

Education: BSc in Sport Science and PE; Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies (CPCAB)

Teaching Approach: Creates a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that nurtures both academic and emotional wellbeing, encouraging students to express themselves freely and confidently

Belief: Every young person deserves to feel safe, valued, and empowered. With a background in pastoral leadership, teen counselling/coaching, David is committed to fostering strong, trusting relationships and prioritising emotional wellbeing, helping students grow into resilient, confident, and compassionate individuals

Interests: Staying active through sports, travelling, and spending time with family

⁠Classroom Approach: Student-centered, inclusive, and focused on engagement, creating a dynamic environment for learning.

Belief Statement: Believes every student has the potential to succeed with the right guidance and encouragement.

Interests/Hobbies: Enthusiast of athletics, swimming, and staying fit—passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle.

Nida Abdulrahman Saleem Al-Tanieb

Subjects: Arabic (Primary to High School)

Educational Background: An educator with over 20 years of experience in the field of teaching, Ms Al Tanieb holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and works with students from Kindergarten through advanced grade levels. 

Belief Statement: I believe that every student has unique strengths and hidden potential that deserve to be discovered and nurtured. I am committed to creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages growth, development and self-confidence in every learner.

Educational Background: 18 years of teaching experience in Primary level subjects (UK National Curriculum). 

Teaching Passion/Philosophy: I prioritise student-centered learning, creating a positive and respectful classroom environment that fosters engagement and motivation. Through regular evaluations and personalised learning, I strive to meet the diverse needs of each student, setting high expectations and encouraging growth. 

Belief Statement: I believe in creating a safe, supportive and inclusive environment that nurtures each child's unique potential. By installing a growth mindset and promoting self-belief, I aim to encourage students to reach their full potential and believe in their abilities, using real-life examples to provide context and relevance to their learning. 

Fun Fact: I love to travel and have done 6 cruises so far.
